Kits
Pick the kit that matches how you run AquaMind.
Cloud registers only need a browser, so the Cloud POS Kit uses a lighter PC. Self-hosted stores take the Store Server Kit: the server and the first register together. Every kit ships tested, with your store already on the screen.
Kit prices are one-time and include configuration and testing before shipping. The AquaMind subscription is separate — add it below or on the plans page. Sales tax is calculated at payment.

AquaMind Core is the register, the stock manager and the time clock. Add only the modules you use — tank monitoring, lighting, medical, nursery, wholesale, receiving, metrics, AI — and choose self-hosted or AquaMind Cloud.

Pay by card on Stripe's secure page, or request a quote and we send a payment link. Your shipping address and sales tax are handled at payment.

We configure and ship
Kits are set up with your store name, printers and drawer, then tested before they leave. Hardware ships within 3–5 business days of payment.

The practical details.
No. AquaMind runs on any computer that meets the requirements, and the installer drives the same printers, scanners and drawers whoever sold them. Kits simply arrive configured and tested so the first day is plug in and sell.
Hardware is a one-time purchase and the AquaMind subscription is separate, so you can mix and match freely. Add Core and your modules from the card above and both land on one order; the subscription then renews monthly or annually until you cancel.
The Cloud POS Kit. A Cloud register only needs a browser pointed at your hosted store, so it uses a lighter mini PC. If you run AquaMind on your own server, start with the Store Server Kit and add Extra Register Kits for more counters.
Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure page; nothing card-related is entered on this site. Prefer to talk first? Request a quote at checkout and we reply within one business day with a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay.
Kits are configured for your store and tested before they leave, then ship within 3–5 business days of payment. Individual parts are usually quicker. We ship to US addresses; the address is collected at payment.
The Stripe Reader S700 is sourced from Stripe and needs a Stripe account, which we help you set up. It pairs to the register so card totals flow straight into the sale — tap, chip and swipe.
