There is one plan: AquaMind Core, with the register, stock manager and time clock. Choose self-hosted if you want everything on a PC in your shop, or AquaMind Cloud if you would rather we host, back up and update it. Then add only the modules you use — tank monitoring, lighting, medical, nursery, wholesale, receiving, metrics, AI or dog daycare.
Priority Care is an optional support upgrade at per month. It adds a priority phone and email queue, proactive monitoring for supported registers and connected devices, and remote troubleshooting. Onsite work, travel, major migration, custom programming, replacement hardware and third-party charges are separate.
The software subscription and card-processing fees can be priced separately. This makes it easier to show customers exactly what they pay for software, hardware, and transactions.
Yes. Product, customer and inventory data can be imported from CSV files, and we walk you through it. Major or complex migrations are quoted separately based on scope.
Additional locations are quoted at $325–$395 per month based on deployment requirements. Extra registers are per month each, and dedicated server environments can be added separately.
Yes. The customer account area is designed for profile changes, plan details, billing history, invoices, support, and subscription controls.
